Aerial Dance Master Class

The class focuses on the development of our inner process as an aerialist: how and where a movement begins, develops and ends. With this awareness we are better able to develop our own style.

Through the Pilates technique, we will develop a new understanding of our bodies, increasing strength and improving balance and the skill of centering and concentration.

The instructions will be given in order to encompass strength and flexibility, skill acquisition, performance and aerial acrobatics technique.
